Children and youth achieve their potential when their voices are heard and they are included in their schools and communities. The challenge for youth workers and teachers is to be effective in their day to day interactions. Using a relational approach which supports engagement while having high expectations provides the scaffolding for children and youth to achieve their potential. The Restorative worldview supports a holistic practice model that blends traditional indigenous perspectives with current evidence based knowledge of relational practice.

"Just Us" offers training, workshops and consultation to facilitate the development of a Restorative mindset and the requisite practices and skills. Utilizing a continuum of practice model, the skills offered apply to day to day interactions, serious incidents and for trauma.
